dot studio is a venture studio headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We partner with early-stage founders to build, launch, and scale technology-driven companies. References to "dot studio", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to dot studio and its affiliated entities.

The content and information published on this Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation for any investment or financial product. Prospective investors should seek independent financial and legal advice before making any investment decision.

Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

The dot studio name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of dot studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

If you submit, transmit, or otherwise make available any content to us, including messages, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other materials, through contact forms or other communications (collectively, "User Content"), you grant dot studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for any purpose.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If you access the Site from outside the UAE, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
