:: Step Three: Filing all the documentation
The mortgage application process requires a certain amount of paperwork. First, there is the application form, which asks for detailed information about you, your employment record, the house you want to purchase, etc. We will need documentation pertaining to your personal finances, such as your earnings, your monthly expenses, and your debts. Your Loan Officer will also ask your permission to run a credit report and order an appraisal to assess the value of your home. This information will help us determine which loan you qualify for.
